gfortran BoF session at the GNU Tools Cauldron 2018

Hi,

so far, there are two participants at the gfortran BoF session in
Manchester - Nicolas and myself.

So, who else will join? We have plenty to discuss, I think, and
I am certainly looking forward to meeting some of the other
developers :-)

I plan to be there [ it is a stretch, however, to describe myself as a
"developer" :-) ]
